Hello

In general I have considered myself a pretty good healthy eater. No prepared, or fast food. Every day bacon and eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch (plus a fruit or sandwich), and more salad, meat and vegetable for dinner.

I have a few items that are not on the approved list: bacon, sweet pickles, bread, cereal (for late nights not sleeping), cookies, and probably some other things I don't remember right now.

I guess that's my story for now.
