Wanda705 Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 Whenever I hear of people talk about the headaches they get during Whole30, I never hear mention of anyone taking medication, rather it sounds like they just suffer through it. I am starting my Whole30 tomorrow and would like to know if taking ibuprofen or tylenol is frowned upon? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
GFChris Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 Tylenol is fine, and would be the preferred option, as ibuprofen is an NSAID, which can disrupt the lining of the gut. Fingers crossed that you don't get a headache, making this a non-issue. As an aside, this has been answered previously on the forum. Easiest way to search the forum is from Google.
