Not sure if I slipped up just now. I was looking for something to put my chicken liver pate on top of, and I ran out of zucchini to slice up. Went through my fridge and couldn't find veggies I had that I could use as my pate "vehicle", but noticed I had an overripe banana and a ripe plantain that looked a little past their prime on the counter. I ended up making little bellinis out of them.

Is this still SWYPO? The intent wasn't to re-create carbs, it was more just trying to figure out what to use so I wasn't eating pate straight off a spoon.
