Sweat!!

Hi all, I am on day 24 of my whole30 and I exercise 5-6 times a week including Personal Training and intense workouts. I have found since I started this I sweat ALOT more than I ever used to. it doesn't affect my performance and doesn't smell so it's ok - but I was wondering if this is normal and there's are experiencing this as well? I kept expecting it to stop but it's still just as bad. Thanks all :)

It is possible for sweats to change. 

 

I went from being bad (so much so I would work out only in the early morning when no one was around as I was so self conscious of it), to being really bad, to sweating moderately or normally.  But the entire transition took a few months.

 

So stay patient.
