Yes! I feel 100% better after whole30

I just completed a fully compliant whole30! before I started I was always tired binge eating at 2 am not sleeping unless I took a sleep aid. Snacking non stop and eating until I was full along with feeling bloated all the time! How I felt and scale was a indicator of my issues!

Jan 2 I committed the whole30 along with the daily support emails that were so helpful!! 1st week not fun but, it did get better as I went along. The resources available amazing!! the articles templates goal sheets just so helpful!!

 

Day 30 RESULTS!

 

  • Lost 23 pounds
  • my stomach is 4 inches smaller
  • clothes fit and some are loose
  • Sleep like a baby now!
  • no cravings
  • not bloated
  • amazing energy!
  • my skin feels great
  • no midnight snack urges
  • I'm learning to cook more
