Day 3 glad for coffee

Thank goodness for coffee, sitting here finishing my cup of coffee, feeling a little headachey & PMT has kicked in, feeling ok, day3 has begun well, loving preparing thoughtful food & have my mr on standby for when I can't be bothered cooking, also because I'm not sitting around with a glass of wine in the evening I'm far more productive!!

Haven't slept well the last two nights, might be the detox process?

My first W30 - Id already quit sugar and limited dairy - although I've been known to drink milk straight from the carton, coconut water is my new vice :)

And I really really live liquorice tea and cinnamon tea

Any other new discoveries out there that I should know about

Needed some crunch and made some chili kale chips, will try make beetroot chips next
