sdavis523
I read an article today on Well+Good's website about heirloom corn (article) In the article the chef discusses that he stopped using regular corn from the US because its generally GMO and now sources through a farm to table operation heirloom corn. Would this be Whole9/Paleo compliant?
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted February 19, 2015 Moderators Share Posted February 19, 2015 During a Whole30, no corn is allowed. After your Whole30, you do reintroductions and see how you react to different things -- including corn. You use that information to decide whether you want to have corn (or any other non-Whole30 foods) in your life.
