Momof4 Posted March 10, 2015 Share Posted March 10, 2015 I have been drinking tea for the entire 15 days I've been doing whole 30 that contains cassia oil. On the first day I determined that cassia oil is made from cinnamon and i assumed that it was whole30 compliant. I have not found any info specifically stating that it's now allows but now I am starting to rethink it and I'm worried that I may have to restart.
