Suzy
I never really thought I had IBS until I did my Whole30 and my digestion improved so much. Because my digestion has been so improved from not eating bread or stuffing myself, I've had time to notice cauliflower, broccoli, and apricots are making me bloated and farty. I never noticed this before, thinking that indigestion was caused by overeating. If the symptoms are mild, should I largely ignore it, or does gas have an adverse effect in the body if I continue to eat these foods? Does IBS cause inflammation that can make my arthritis symptoms flare up again?
