momofboys
I am a mom of a 2 week old- as of yesterday. I'm also breastfeeding. Should I wait to start Whole30 until my milk is established or would it be okay to begin soon? Any tips for a breastfeeding mom doing the program? Administrators ladyshanny Posted March 31, 2015 Administrators Share Posted March 31, 2015 Congratulations on your new baby! Eating whole foods in portions that are appropriate for your context is never going to be a bad idea. Is it really the best time to do a Whole30 2 weeks post partum while healing and figuring out your new normal with your lovely addition? I think probably not. Rest, eat good food, rest some more, nurse that baby, eat more and you'll be just fine! Whole30 will still be here when you are not in the midst of major life change.
