TexArk
I have been primal blueprint/perfect health diet for a year and a half. Whole 30 means I will have to give up stevia, butter, cream, and rice. Everything else is well established. I feel great and really have no health issues. I would like to get off the extra 5 lbs. I have collected since last spring. I love the new book and decided that I would commit to my first whole30 once the fall routine was in place. Since this is the first post and an introduction I should say that I am a 65 yr. old female who is very happy to have found this way of eating. I am curious to see what effect leaving off all dairy and rice have, if any on weight loss, sleep, energy, etc.
