JenX Posted June 4, 2015 Share Posted June 4, 2015 I bought a tin of smoked baby oysters during my 2nd week of Whole 30 and couldn't for the life of me figure out why. Its not something I ever eat. But I wanted them so I bought them. Got home, ate them for lunch and THEN looked at the nutritional panel. Serving size: 1 tin Iron = 132% RDA! I needed iron!
