Payg05
I have an upcoming family lakeside gathering this weekend for Memorial Day. Eating is always a big part of the day. I need to take a few dishes so I have something to eat (obviously) and I also don't want to feel deprived. Theres a pretty good chance of rain for us here so assuming we won't be out using the grill, what are some good options that you guys would recommend? LivelyLady
Ooo ooo! The Cauliflower Tabbouleh I posted about the other day would be perfect. http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/27632-my-lunch-is-amazing-today-cauliflower-tabbouleh/
Payg05
yes Lively Lady, I will definitely check that out. For anyone else looking I did a little google searching and I found this list of Fourth of July ideas so pretty similar, http://whole9life.com/2013/07/a-whole30-fourth-of-july-2/ One thing for sure is that I will be having some watermelon. Nothing says summer holiday weekend like watermelon! There is also a peach and avocado recipe in the above link that sounds interesting, but in a good way interesting. So that may happen also.
