Higgles Posted June 26, 2015 Author Share Posted June 26, 2015 After my first day of reintro I decided to take an extra 2 days off before my next intro food so that way my reintro days line up with good days on my calendar. like I said in my earlier post, I expected the beans to bother me more than they did, but I feel like the effects took awhile to go away, and I really don't like that at all. I may need to space out my intros even more than I planned if this continues... Day 32: M1:Egg veggie scramble with salsa M2: Leftover pork chop with southwest green beans and a salad M3: Mustard chicken with caper sauce, roasted cauliflower and artichokes Day 33: M1: Egg Veggie Scramble with salsa M2: Mustard chicken with caper sauce and roasted cauliflower, 1/4 of a sweet potato M3: Coconut lime chicken with asparagus and a salad Day 34: M1: Egg veggie scramble with salsa M2: Coconut lime chicken with asparagus M3: Carnitas!
