I need a few snacks in my pocket in case I find myself with limited options. Nuts bars- which brands are best? Larabars? Which flavors are in the plan? Beef Jerky- any specific brand or ingredients to look out for? Anything at all in the fast food space that I can eat? I'm thinking no but are there any thoughts? ]Thanks. Bring emergency food (RXbars, Primal Pacs, Larabars or other compliant jerky fall into this category but only for true occasions where you cannot get other food).
