ThyPeace Posted June 9, 2015 Share Posted June 9, 2015 So obviously rhubarb is a compliant food by itself. But have you ever tasted rhubarb by itself? Yowza! I love the stuff, though, and my mom has been talking about her rhubarb sauce, which is basically rhubarb, sugar, lemon, and some maple syrup, cooked into a lovely sauce you can put over roast pork or just about anything else. Or eat by itself. So -- has anyone made anything compliant using rhubarb? I'd like to add it to something, but without sweetener, it's pretty painful.
