Like, you could eat something bland like plain fish and broccoli? If you're truly hungry, eat. If it's just cravings/boredom/habit, find something else to do to take your mind off of food. You definitely shouldn't be always hungry. If you post what you've been eating, we can help you figure out if you're eating enough, or where you need to maybe tweak your meal plan for better results.
