Started June 15th

Hello all, I actually started yesterday (June 15th) !!!

 

So far so good but I will admit... I'm always hungry. I expect this will be how it is for the next 5 or 6 days, but the results will be worth it!

Are you truly hungry? Like, you could eat something bland like plain fish and broccoli? If you're truly hungry, eat. If it's just cravings/boredom/habit, find something else to do to take your mind off of food.

 

You definitely shouldn't be always hungry. If you post what you've been eating, we can help you figure out if you're eating enough, or where you need to maybe tweak your meal plan for better results.
