Lucia01 Posted June 19, 2015 Share Posted June 19, 2015 A friend of mine introduced me to Whole30 recently, I'm not trying to lose weight but I'm quite sure I am developing a gluten intolerance so I would like to do a reset. My husband has a huge sugar addiction and more recently a digestive issue so I really want him to do it with me, he is very reluctant though so I have between now and 28th to convince him! Michael1950 Posted June 24, 2015 Share Posted June 24, 2015 I am a Husband and I was on board before we started. On Day 4 today. On Sunday morning I cleaned all the cupboards, etc out. It really put in in hyper mode to start this program. I would suggest that you have your husband clear out all the non-Whole30 foods from the cupboards, refrig , etc. and pack it away or toss. It might be therapeutic for him and make him realize how much junk his is consuming. We think we eat "healthy" yet i was surprised and how much I cleared out of the cabinets. It is just a thought.
