Serena Posted June 20, 2015 Share Posted June 20, 2015 Hi girls, is there any of you on paleo diet and contraception pill at the same time ? Mine contains lactose 57,17 mg per pill. Of course that is not in agreement with the rules of the diet, but I don't know how to behave with respect to the medicine, that specific pill is a therapy for me so I'd better to not stop it. If any of you got good answers about it please pass that to me. I have started the Whole 30 and I have to make clear if the pill is nullifying my diet! Link to comment
