Hi! I am an endurance ironman athlete during whole30, so far have been 100% successful at being 100% compliant with Whole30 despite pretty intense training. I am planning to do the full reintroduction phase but am wondering when can i reintroduce my normal regular sport nutrition products which i am definitely missing from a performance standpoint. My recovery shake has brown rice protein which i see will be reintroduced after day 7-10, when can you introduce sugar/honey/maple syrup etc.? Thanks!
