Starting today July 1st. This is my second time around....finished on 6/23 with great results (I was down 14 lbs. and feeling great). I have more weight to loose so I thought I'd start again. I was off roading for the last 7 days and did not do as well as I would have liked. I think I need the strict rules to keep me on track. Hopefully these next 30 days will really kill that sugar dragon.

Meal 1: hard boiled eggs over a bed of greens with evoo and balsamic vinegar

Meal 2: sautéed veggies with ground beef and compliant marinara sauce

Meal3: grilled chicken over a bed of greens and mixed veggies with evoo and balsamic vinegar

Goal today is to get in my 10,000 steps and play some tennis this evening.

Just thought I would check in to see how you are feeling!  I started on July 1st, as well.  Day 6 brings me feeling much better than I did over the weekend. This is my first go around.  Seems like you got good results the first time around!
