Alisonlcarver Posted July 26, 2015 Share Posted July 26, 2015 I am super nervous about weighing myself and taking measurements on Day 31, which is only 3 days away. I have experienced many wonderful things during this Whole30, but still want to see more progress so I am extending my Whole30 until I have my sugar cravings more under control at least. Has anyone else felt some anxiety thinking of weighing or measuring post-Whole30?? Maybe I will have my husband write down my weight and measurements so that I have them documented, but so that I don't see the numbers right away and potentially get discouraged. MTNan Posted July 26, 2015 Share Posted July 26, 2015 Wait until you get your mind in a place where the non scale victories are paramount. Once you can truly say to yourself that you are only curious what the scale says but it won't dictate your self-worth, then weigh yourself. Like age, it's only a number.
