Updated "It Starts With Food" Info?

I own the original copy of "It Starts With Food" so I didn't feel like I needed to buy the newer version but I heard there may be an expanded section on whole30 for pregnant and breastfeeding moms. I've read what Melissa has written on this topic before (she encourages snacking in this circumstance and suggests olives or coconut milk) but I just wanted to know if there was any new info or tips in the newer version that I hadn't heard before- anyone know?
