Salmon, egg, olive, red pepper sauce

OK, I just have to brag. I threw the following into a bowl for lunch today:

1 hardboiled egg, chopped.

a few ounces of leftover perfect oven baked salmon (Whole 30 cookbook) smooshed up with a fork

half a small can of sliced black olives

a couple of dollops of the roasted red pepper sauce from the Whole 30 cookbook.

I stirred it around, and then I ate it.

 

Oh. My. Was it ever yummy. And satisfying. Mmmmmmmm.
