Brain fog...approaching day 30

I am feeling a little bummed that the last week and a half of my whole 30 has left me with bad nights sleeps, and now the last 2 days, a very bad feeling of brain fog.  Of course, the brain fog could be due to the bad nights of sleep (I have been trying really hard to make sure I am eating more starchy veggies lately/fruit and such), butI don't feel tired really.

 

I am wondering if brain fog can in fact be caused by a lack of grains?  I know this seems counter intuitive to the whole 30's beliefs... but it is the first time I have ever cut them out in my life, and now I feel like this...

It might be because you're not eating enough and/or getting inadequate sleep. 

Can you post 2-3 days worth of your Whole30 food log, including portion sizes, daily water consumption, nightly hours of sleep and any exercise? From there, we can give you more specific feedback.
