Day 25:


M1: coffee w/coconut milk, 2 eggs, 2 pork sausage patties, cabbage sauteed in turmeric


M2: herb crusted pork loin, braised red cabbage, macadamia nuts


I ate a RxBAR between M2 and M3 because my son had soccer and the time between M2 and M3 was way too long.  This is going to happen every Thursday for the next few weeks so I think I need to plan for this better.


M3: kalua pork, tomatoes, avocado


 


I had a lot of pork on this day! lol.  That's what happens when you order a whole pig.

Day 30: I made it!!!!!!!!!!!!!


M1: coffee w/coconut milk, 2 hard boiled eggs, tuna and sardine salad w/cabbage and carrots


M2: tuna and sardine salad w/cabbage and carrots, macadamia nuts


M3: burgers on top of a salad w/lemon thyme vinaigrette


 


Note to self: don't buy big bags of nuts, or big bags of anything for that matter (unless it's veggies)!
