Lissa Kristine Posted September 13, 2012 Share Posted September 13, 2012 My salad tomorrow: -Arugula -Yellow Bell Pepper -Scallions -Mushrooms -Avocado -Steak (cooked in coconut oil) -Carrots -Grape Tomatoes -Hard Boiled eggs -Cilantro Its going to be topped with a dressing made with olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh-squeezed lemon juice. It's a pretty big salad too. I'm also having some figs, and I grabbed a baby food puree pouch (spinach, mango, pear) just in case I need a little something more.
