Day One:


Meal #1 

Eggs scrambled in butter with sautéed cherry tomatoes, onions, and green peppers. 1/4 cup homemade applesauce. Black coffee.


Meal #2 

Pork loin crockpotted in sauerkraut with olive oil-roasted cauliflower and 1/4 cup buttered sweet potato. [Leftovers from last night]

Finding it's not so easy or interesting to post each day's food, as it's already becoming repetitious.

Today is Day 5 and I have not even been interested in eating "off plan" since I'm already feeling so much better. Still, I want to post food sometimes so here is today's plan, M#1 already consumed:

M#1 Boiled eggs/Blueberries. I took me until 11am to even want to eat, very hard for me to eat in the morning...

M#2 "Hash": onions, ground beef, spinach, cauliflower, olive oil.

M#3 Broiled chicken, broccoli roasted in olive oil and garlic. Broiled apple slices.
