I will start with it as soon as I get the book with recipes. I did 6 Weeks with Blood Sugar Solution. It was pretty difficulet.

My approach to it: I think about a bad food as a result of slavery to that kind of food. Simple to get, quick and pretty tasty. Most unhealthy stuff is tasty, doesn't it ? 

So I told myself: I do not want to be a slave of that food - I can do better.

I just kept it in my mind and refused to eat unhealthy stuff.

 

It was very difficult first few days (possibly 4-5 day was extreme). I felt weak and very tired. After two weeks - gets much better. 

Still feeling a bit hungry but ... to my opinion its good.

 

I lost about 20 lb in 6 Weeks, have more energy and feel good. I hope it will help you.

Once you get started on your Whole30, there is no reason to be hungry.

 

Build meals that meet the recommended meal template of protein, vegetables and fat, that satiate you for 4-5 hours.  For best results and hormonal balance, start by having your first meal of the day within 1 hour of waking.
