Sugar!!

When you eat template meals with fat, vegetables and protein on a consistent (3 x a day every day) basis, you become fat adapted and your body stops needing sugar as fuel. The way your meal was layed out in your other post, it looks like you're leaning on fruit to prop up these sugar cravings. The only way to kill the sugar dragon is to starve it.
