idauria Posted September 19, 2012 Share Posted September 19, 2012 I actually have two weeks under my belt but I fell off the wagon this weekend. Also, I have been eating too much fruit and because of that I still have strong sugar cravings. Starting today I am cutting out all fruit, fresh and dried and see what happens.
