First week success

My wife and I have completed our first week of the program and it was Great! We definitely experienced all the things that people have been talking about but are really starting to feel good and are noticing some major changes. The one thing I have to ask is the Magnesium thing and should we start taking it. We are having some issues that indicate that we should but are still not quite sure if we should start taking this supplement.

I would always recommend a magnesium supplement as more than 75% of us are magnesium deficient as modern farming techniques deplete the magnesium in our soil, and you'll find that it will help with sleep, leg cramps & constipation amongst other things.

 

I'm assuming you are in the US so most folk opt for Natural Calm (original).

If you're elsewhere try starting out with magnesium citrate.
