On Day 29 and I’ve loved this process so far.  And feel great except for still having loose stomach.   I love being in control.  It’s a lot of work and a lot of being in the kitchen.    What I believe I’ve learned so far is that my “loose” stomach/ bathroom issues are related to FODMAP.  I’m very disappointed in thinking this might be the case as those are the veggies I love and I dislike the other ones. (And I'm already being soooo good, sheesh).   I guess I’m learning something prior to my reintroduction.   I plan on reintroducing some other  food groups after tomorrow, then I go on a short trip in about 10 days.  After my trip I may try to follow a FODMAP plan and see how I do.   Thank you to those who answered my prior posts.

Good to hear you might be figuring things out! You don't have to give up those veggies you love, you might find you have to limit them. Either by eating only one FODMAP per meal, or eating smaller portions. Don't be disappointed just yet.
