Tomorrow is my Day One

Looking forward to these 30 Days. Two months ago my husband was recommended to a ketogenic diet for health reasons. He is also gluten free. I spent weeks researching blogs for the best ways to cook low carb, sugar free and gluten free. I am actually doing better than him. I learned about Paleo and ultimately came to Whole 30. The most difficult to give up will be almond milk in my coffee and a glass of wine when I come home from work.
