Mistress
I'm considering taking Inulin, a prebiotic, with my probiotics and i have 2 questions: Is it worth it? Should I really be taking it or is it enough that I take a probiotic, eat kraut and drink kombucha? Is it Whole30 approved? It comes in powder form and I've read that it is sweet and can be added to beverages. I imagine this means it is not Whole30 approved since it, in some way, acts as a sweetener, even if I'm not using it for that. Thanks! ~Mistress
Renee Lee
We'd much prefer you to eat vegetables that CONTAIN inulin. Asparagus, Jerusalem Artichokes, Onions, leeks, garlic, bananas.
