Started today, Mon Feb 15th

Hi, everyone. This is my second attempt at a Whole 30. I made it to about day 14 two years ago. This time I've recruited my husband and we've really prepped and we're IN.


Today was pretty good. I ate plenty and I ate well, but it's still a fair drop in calories from what I'd been doing so I'm hungry. I know that will level off in a few days.
