Day 2 cystitis?

Hi all!

 

Only on day 2 and enjoying the food so far, but now feeling symptoms of cystitis, this is not something I get a lot, but have had before in the past.

So I was just wondering if anybody else experienced this? If it could be to do with the change in diet or maybe a poorly timed coincidence?

There's nothing about eating this way that should cause this, so more than likely it's coincidence. Be sure you're drinking plenty of water, aiming for a half ounce per pound of body weight, so a 120 lbs person needs at least 60 oz of water each day.
