I felt great after completing it and then quickly fell back into my bad habits. Here I am 10 months later and I'm 40 pounds heavier and in the worst shape of my life. Trying to figure out the right balance in my life and am starting here. I would love any/all encouragement and advice to make this a permanent change! Thank you! My re-start date was March 1st. Good luck to you!! I noticed there is another March first thread with more people on it, im sure you could pop in there if you have not already.
