Started March 1 -- magic confirmed

Hey everyone,


I started March 1, and since it's going well for me, I thought I'd share some quick thoughts and tips to encourage some of the people just starting:


  • I've probably only felt truly hungry 3-4 times over the last 15 days. This is a huge change for me.
  • The Whole30 Daily has been super helpful. I have actually learned some things in the emails that I didn't know before, and a lot of the tips have been useful to me. I also hate to admit it, but clicking the link that says I completed another Whole30 day is kind of the highlight of my days right now haha.
  • Tessemae's Whole30-approved dressings are definitely my MVP. 
  • I had a crazy headache on days 3-5, but after that, I started to feel awesome.
