deann_m Posted October 1, 2012 Share Posted October 1, 2012 Beginning today! I'm sitting here drinking my first ever BLACK cup of coffee! I actually don't mind it too much. Maybe it's the magic of the official start day but every time in the past couple of weeks that I have tried to wean myself from my cream and coconut sugar I have been totally disgusted. I'm looking forward to feeling better. I've been gluten-free for almost two years now and while I felt so much better initially, my skin and exhaustion issues have been creeping back in and my eczema is really flaring up!!! Not sure if its grains, dairy, or sugar, but I'm ready to get it all out of my system then adding it back in to find the culprit! I have positive quotes and comments all ready to pull out when I'm feeling frustrated or tempted! (e.g. "Candy Corn makes you feel like crap! It's not worth it!"; "M&M's are NOT your friend. They can't love you back and they won't make you feel less stressed! Go take a deep breath and make a cup of warm tea." ; "Nothing tastes as good and as sweet as peace and freedom feels.")
