jmcbn Posted May 6, 2016 Share Posted May 6, 2016 Lots of options:For cooking there's ghee, tallow, lard, duck/goose fat. schmaltz, olive oil, nut & seed oils (walnut, macadamia etc)For marinading I often blitz chillis, onion (or spring onion greens for the low fodmapers), fresh herbs, spices & my oil of choice in my nutribullet and use this as a marinade along with some lemon juice or broth/stock depending on what I'm cooking Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
