idauria Posted October 4, 2012 Share Posted October 4, 2012 It was a good 30 days. I plan on continuing with most of the ideals set forth in the plan. No dairy, legumes, grains, processed foods, soy, etc. However I am adding protein powder back into the mix. I really missed my shakes, especially in the morning. But other than that I am staying away from everything else as much as possible. A recent victory came this past Sunday when I attended my church's potluck lunch. There were lots of goodies, but I didn't indulge in any of them! I stuck to my own food. However, on another occasion I succumbed to a bag of corn chips. I got over it and moved on. idauria Posted October 6, 2012 Author Share Posted October 6, 2012 I am going back to what I was using before, which is Jay Robb whey isolate protein powder. I tried doing research on the best powders and his keeps coming up so I'm sticking with that. I am staying away from all other forms of dairy and I want to see if the powder irritates me.
