Stokesy6th
This might seem like a no brainer, but I'm new to this... I want to start the whole 30 in a week at the start of June. I'm currently signed off work due to a possible slipped disc which is pressing on my siatic nerve. I'm on on strong painkillers and am unable to exercise at the moment. I've wanted to try the whole 30 for a while and feel I have the time to now. However, I'm worried that the painkillers will affect my results (but also am hopeful that being on the whole30 will help bring the inflammation down.) Am I crazy for starting the whole 30 now or is is a good plan?
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted May 26, 2016 Moderators Share Posted May 26, 2016 It's a GREAT plan... the less inflammation that your body has to fight at this point the better! Good luck!
