Yukongrannie2016 Posted June 24, 2016 Share Posted June 24, 2016 Day 5 - Breakfast 3 eggs scrambled in coconut oil 2 small sausage patties- size of my palm 2 cups raw veggies with avacado and garlic and olive oil Small portion of pineapple I'm so used to having a breakfast smoothies so to eat in am is "new" to me, I usually drink my breakfast Day 4 -Breakfast I'm doing the While 30 as a means to deal with inflammation issues and if I loose a few pounds- I'll take it. The only point I would offer is that the olives function more as fat than as veggies, so the one meal is heavy on protein and fat and too, too light on veggies.
