Is this too big for breakfast portions-Day 5

Day 5 - Breakfast

3 eggs scrambled in coconut oil

2 small sausage patties- size of my palm

2 cups raw veggies with avacado and garlic and olive oil

Small portion of pineapple

I'm so used to having a breakfast smoothies so to eat in am is "new" to me, I usually drink my breakfast

Day 4 -Breakfast

I'm doing the While 30 as a means to deal with inflammation issues and if I loose a few pounds- I'll take it. I'm 66 years old, very active - 5'2" and weigh 155 lbs.

These plates look like good meals to me. The only point I would offer is that the olives function more as fat than as veggies, so the one meal is heavy on protein and fat and too, too light on veggies.

I forgot to add that I did have veggies on the side with Day 4 meal
