Flour substitutes

Oh, Okay... bummer about the coconut.


I promise you can do a full 30 days with no flour alternatives... the only thing they're really allowed for is crusting fish or chicken and you can definitely find recipes that you don't need that for.  


If you're looking for something to thicken a sauce or similar, arrowroot powder and tapioca starch work perfectly.  Otherwise I can't think of any flour alternatives that are not nut/coconut
