ChristyJ 73 Posted July 4, 2016 Share Posted July 4, 2016 I whipped up a batch of buffalo style chicken & veggies burgers for this week. I'll probably freeze a couple because it made a dozen burgers. Here's my recipe 2 pkgs of ground chicken 1 cup shredded carrots, chopped 1 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup chopped shallot (can use onion) 1 cup chopped brocolli 1/4 cup Franks hot sauce 1 tsp Italian seasoning salt/pepper Mix together, form into single portion burgers. Bake @ 400 degrees F for 30 minutes. YUM!! Link to post Share on other sites
