I am so proud of him because while he was definitely someone you would consider fit, he still indulged in some pretty processed junk. Think pizza, Goldfish, pretzels and chocolate ice-cream. During his Whole30, he managed to lose 15.6 pounds! More than twice as much as I had lost in August!
