Mondays are a great time to start Whole30s because you have all of Sunday to prep no joke, clear out your Sunday. Your to-do list that day has lots of items on it: toss non-compliant foods, organize refrigerator and pantry, do your pre-Whole30 measurements, clean kitchen, shop for kitchen gadgets (if you need them), build a meal plan, go grocery shopping, and prep for the week.
