Whole30 Certified Coach littleg Posted August 7, 2016 Whole30 Certified Coach Share Posted August 7, 2016 I was getting tired of the cilantro/lime and fried rice knock-off. So I decided to try a variation on my favorite zoodle recipe. Saute onion until browned slightly, add cauliflower to pan (I use the 16 oz TJ bags of riced cauliflower), cook until slightly browned. Seasoning: 1 mango chopped, few pieces of fresh mint chopped, ~1 inch of grated fresh ginger, salt and pepper to taste I took a little out of the main pan and put it in a smaller one with a scoop of coconut cream and with a dash of red pepper flakes... that was good too! Angelina G
Cauli rice sautéed with either coconut oil or ghee with some salt, pepper, and turmeric is a great base for just about any meat! Love your mango idea!!
