Post menopausal and wanting some sleep!!

I am on day 15 of my first whole30.  I'm 60 and fit, following the program to the letter, and liking the way I'm feeling, energy levels, less aches and pains.  But there has been no improvement in my sleep pattern, which is terrible.  Wondering how other women my age are fairing with that. (I don't take hormones).
